High Grange X Poco collab
We’re overjoyed to bring news of an exciting collaboration that brings High Grange to Poco on Wednesday 27th November. Luke is bringing his signature feasting menu to Lyme Regis with a delicious 4 course menu incorporating classic High Grange smoking and slow cooking with the characterful heat of our beloved Poco oven.
We have a lot in common with our friends at High Grange – chiefly the joys of cooking over fire and hearty, flavoursome food.
High Grange is an award-winning cookery school and feasting venue based in the Devon countryside just outside Lyme Regis where Luke Vandore-Mackay brings his magic touch to seasonal and home-grown food to create fine dining dishes in a relaxed atmostphere.
The High Grange X Poco Menu
Nibbles on arrival:
Grilled olives, warm anchovy and gouda straws with guanciale, High Grange hot-sauce spiced beer nuts.
Starter:
Clam flatbread with seaweed & crispy chicken skin butter
(Burnt beetroot, seaweed and fennel flatbread v)
Main course:
Slow-smoked Haye Farm feather blade, wood-fired haricot beans, salsa verde, charred broccoli
(Salt-baked celeriac, wood-fired haricot beans, salsa verde, charred broccoli v)
Desert:
Burnt brown sugar tart, poached quince

The Poco team will be on hand to serve you our drinks menu, whether that be a chilled Negroni to get you started or a hearty bottle of Italian red to pair beautifully with Luke’s menu (payable on the night).
Choose our covered terrace with heated cushions should you fancy your dinner overlooking the sea.

CANCELLATIONS: Please contact us if you need to cancel an event place. We’ll offer you a voucher for another High Grange event valid for 6 months if cancelled long enough in advance but please note because we buy all our fresh, organic and seasonal food in advance of events, cancellation within 1 week of a Feast is non-refundable.
