Restaurant Supervisor
This is a real opportunity to use your experience to deliver excellent service and help build our fabulous team.
The role of our Supervisor is to ensure that the team is ready for service and that the restaurant runs smoothly. As a key member of the team you will manage the flow of guests through the restaurant and ensure that everyone receives our trademark friendly and efficient service.
As a small restaurant, you will of course get involved in all roles through service - mainly Front of House but we would expect to train you to be able to hop into the kitchen if required.
Pre-service you will get involved in stock control for the bar and restaurant and you will liaise with our chef to ensure that you are ready to lead team brief ahead of service.
As a senior team member, you will also be a key holder and will manage close down at the end of shift.
You will also be involved in training new staff members and helping organise events such as our team tastings and get togethers.
This role will suit someone who enjoys being in the thick of the action and turning their hand to different jobs as required. As a small team we thrive on strong teamwork and supporting each other to achieve the goals of the business so being a team player is essential.
Experience in a hospitality environment is essential and familiarity with Epos and online reservations systems desirable.
The role is salaried and can be part-time (min 25 hours) or full-time.

Experienced Front of House
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys ensuring that our guests have the best night out possible. We want to make their meal special and this is where you come in.
Our best team members are warm and friendly and enjoy going the extra mile to make our guests feel welcome. Front of House experience is appreciated and familiarity with EPOS systems will help you hit the ground running - but this can of course be taught. You will also be confident recommending our wines and fixing drinks as well as managing the flow of guests coming into the restaurant.
Hours are between 2 and 5 shifts a week (we can be flexible), some of which will be over the weekend - we work hard on our rotas to give you as many or as few hours as you prefer.
