We’re thrilled to welcome the brilliant team from Soulshine Bridport into our kitchen for a truly unique collaboration. For one night only, Soulshine’s signature dishes will be reimagined and cooked in our wood-fired oven, bringing their vibrant flavours together with Poco’s unmistakable seaside atmosphere.
Join us overlooking the waves for a five-course menu (£55pp) that blends Soulshine’s creative, soulful cooking with the warmth and charm of our beachside pizzeria. Expect bold, seasonal ingredients, clever flavour combinations, and a menu designed to surprise and delight from the first bite to the last.
As always, our full Poco drinks list will be available on the night (charged separately), from chilled coastal whites to our much-loved house reds and classic spritzes.
