Soulshine @ Poco is back - 4th November 2026

After a brilliant first collaboration in February, we’re delighted to welcome the team from Soulshine Bridport back to Poco for another very special night by the sea.

For one night only, Soulshine will be taking over our kitchen, reimagining their creative, flavour-packed food for Poco’s wood-fired oven. The result? A five-course menu that brings together Soulshine’s bold, seasonal cooking with the fire, warmth and relaxed atmosphere of Poco.

Five courses | £55 per person

Expect fantastic seasonal ingredients, inventive flavour combinations and a few surprises along the way – all served overlooking the sea from our little spot above the beach.

Our full Poco drinks list will be available throughout the evening (charged separately), with plenty of wines, spritzes, beers and digestivi to match the food.

Our February collaboration was a fabulous night, and we can’t wait to do it all over again.
